Is the condenser wire all good and hooked up properly? That would do it.

*EDIT* I see you got it running. A little late for my comment, but it might not start again because of that wire.

Well now I see that you did check the wire and mentioned it earlier in a post. Good luck.

Check all of the wires inside the distributor, sometimes when the advance plate moves the points or condenser wire can short out. One would think it would die right then though...

Suspect trash in fuel tank stuck in needle and seat flooding engine...

Expect to completely rebuild the brakes - but that is a subject for another forum...

lol yeah, brakes are gonna be an issue. Im ready for that, just not right now.

It was flooded. It starts up pretty easily now. Still got some issues but its not too bad for day one of being back from the dead. I'm sure that something is sticking and flooding it. I hit the carb with some cleaner to free things up and ive got some cleaner in the tank to help out. It seems to be doing better now.

My goal was to get it running and get it up to the house. This has been accomplished, and thankfully... everythings holding. got some smoke, but not alot. no leaks showing under the engine.

I'm going to be working pretty slowly on it. Im just going to do some basic stuff to get it safe enough to run. Then im going to have a real mechanic run through it.

Clean the needle and seat assembly maybe junk got into the needle and held it open also a slight chance the power valve might be blown.
