This has to do with the head problem that I have with the Beast,will I need a new head or can I get a over size seat.If I can then hopefully my existing head can be salvaged

Do the seats they put in heads came in more than one OD size for the same application?

Seat rings come in lots of sizes. A slightly larger size should work, if he can bore the hole without cutting into the water jacket.

Bore looks good as best as I can tell without removing seat,I plan to leave it in to show shop

a good machine shop can pretty much make a seat for any application, oversize or otherwise.
