Well on my 68 I got two flowmaster 40 series and headers on the 390 I think it sounds pretty sick but... i used to have two 12 or 13" glasspacks i found in auto tech back in high school. i put em on backwards on purpose so they were pretty F***** LOUD!!! I miss em lol i dont know what brand they were or anything, i took the truck to a muffler shop so they can run new pipes and add the flowmasters and didnt remember to tell them to give me the old little muffs back :( oh well maybe ill find some more all i know is they were only 13" long and yellow

Mine is called redneck city, I have fairlane rusty manifolds, with fairlane pipes cut off, and inserted into new pipes. Non matching mufflers off hell if I know. But I know an exhaust system is what I'm doing after I get my cam kit in.

Stock car log manifolds Driver's side crosses to Passenger side and the pipes ride one above each other through two small oval mufflers. Then one pipe comes back over and they exit behind the rear wheels.

There used to be stacks on my truck when my dad owned it. He put them on when he was in highschool, but took them off a few years later. You can still see the holes he drilled to mount them. Now I just have a single exhaust with a cherrybomb glasspack, I will hopefully have dual exhaust when I drop in the 360.

Well, we got one oddball with the stacks, any more?, i guess i should tell you all what im running, Ive gotten stock manifold, going into 2 1/4 pipe, past the tyranny with a thrush muffler (23bucks) and dumps just before the bed, Anyone ever started a straight six open manifold? Oh my god, the deep bass tone, its unbelievably heavy, i wish i could re-create it at the tail pipe =\, i dont like running open manifolds with my new valves
