Anyone know the max lift cam you can run on a stock set of heads for a 69 351W with factory adjustable rocker arms?

Don't think they offered a factory adjustable rocker arm on the 69 351w. I always heard back when I was interested in the 351W that .500 was about the max lift the old springs and retainers would take.
Are you sure you don't have the regular stock positive stop rocker arms?
