Most guys go with a simple dual exhaust setup, ran with 2.5" to 3" exhaust tubing. As for mufflers there are a lot of opinions our there, and I think it would depend on what kind of tone you were going for. Many people like Magnaflows and Flowmasters, or if you're on a little bit of a stricter budget you could go with some knock off mufflers which IMO sounded okay on my truck when I first got it. However the mufflers have since been hacked off so I could get to my frame and straight pipes dumping behind the cab is all the exhaust I have right now

Is your engine all stock? If so I wouldn't go more than 2" on the pipe. If you plan on upgrades maybe 2.25". If you go too big you will be unhappy with the loss of torque due to poor system velocity.
