1968 f100 ranger straight six

hey yall ive got a question im sure most everybody here knows but me. haha about how much will it cost to buy a rebuild kit and to rebuild a 1968 f100 ranger straight six engine. I just bought the truck and im not sure about the exact size of the engine. but if anybody has an idea just let me know. thanks.

decode your vin number on this page. http://www.fordification.com/tech/VIN68.htm
it should tell you the original engine that truck came with. prices on kits depend on what kit you get. master kits with pistons are going to cost alot more than a rering kit and so forth on down the line.
