Yes, they are the same as modine. Proliance took modine over but they are the same.
and that is the best price I have seen for a new radiator,better grab it.

Recently I bought a Proliance 1R2302 from NPD (the NPD part # was F-8005-2302) for about $335.
Here's the thread that describes it in detail, including photos:

One thing to know is that some of their radiators are now made in Mexico, if that matters to you.
This one seems fine so far, although its life has been short (ten minutes of idling).
