I am interested in upgrading to F/I, i have a 390 with factory '63 352 police interceptor 4V intake.I need info....

If it's fuel economy you want I'm not sure that the price is worth the gains you'll see with this setup. What you'll gain is easy cold starts and probably 2-4 mpg, depending on what carb you have now. It would require a return line installed to your tank, but is otherwise a bolt in deal. That is true; they've been around awhile so you can find used systems for about half of that.
