I am interested in upgrading to F/I, i have a 390 with factory '63 352 police interceptor 4V intake.I need info.... :?

If it's fuel economy you want I'm not sure that the price is worth the gains you'll see with this setup. What you'll gain is easy cold starts and probably 2-4 mpg, depending on what carb you have now. It would require a return line installed to your tank, but is otherwise a bolt in deal. That is true; they've been around awhile so you can find used systems for about half of that.
