Header Question

Post by 70_F100 »

It's probably already been discussed, but I have a question regarding headers.

Has anyone used Flowtech headers on an FE? :?

What kind of quality did you find with them? How about fit? :hmm:

I'm not asking about performance gains over stock manifolds, because I've made up my mind that I want to put headers on the 390 I'll be building. But, how do they compare to other brands of headers as far as performance. :dk:

Opinions??? :hn:

Why is it that there's seldom time to fix it right the first time, but there's always time to fix it right the second time???

That's not an oil leak :nono: That's SWEAT from all that HORSEPOWER!!

Opinions? When I look at headers I go by flange thickness and tubing gauge, thicker is better in both cases IMHO. I like the Headmans I put on the Ranchero. They are even using ball sockets now which makes fitment nicer.
