A while back I stripped out a head bolt hole on my 460. Havent fixed it yet. Just thinking about running a tap in the hole to clean the threads and call it done.
That should work.
There are two different length head bolts ,make sure you don't put a short one in a long hole.
I did that once , it's amazing how much torque a few threads will hold before they pull out.
I agree with the two above. It doesn't look stripped out, a tap may be all you need to clean it up.
However, if it really is stripped out and wont torque down, wouldn't a heli-coil be the correct fix? You wouldn't want the head gasket to eventually start leaking coolant or blow out around the cylinder.

It looks like you've pulled out the top two threads, probably from using a bolt that's too short.
Make sure you've got the right length bolt, and you shouldn't have any problems.
