Carb. question

Post by torinoguy68_69 »

Any difference on a Autolite carb. 2v for a 302 manual no ac. compared to a Autolote carb. 2v on a 302 auto. with ac? The 302 manual is 1970 and the 302 auto. is 1971. Thanks

with a/c it would have a dash pot on it to kick down the idle or kick it up. the manual vs auto would probably have no kickdown rod linkage to hook a kick down rod to for a automatic transmission.

The stock 302 in my 71 f100 That my father bought new had the dashpot on the side of the carb. throttle linkage. It was a 3 speed column shift without AC
